And while I love cozy soups, chilis, and stews during the winter months, switching over to fresh spring salads around this time of the year is one thing that I really look forward to!

The Story: I Used to Hate Salads…

Believe it or not, I actually used to hate salads. Growing up on junk food and drive-throughs, the thought of uncooked vegetables thrown together on a plate didn’t sound very appealing. But fast forward through my wholesome eating journey, I now LOVE salads! As long as it’s the RIGHT salad. I can’t do just any old boring salad these days. It needs to be loaded with flavor, crisp, crunchy textures, and with a homemade dressing that knocks it out of the park.

Just say no to boring salads! This list is full of the BEST spring salads that I truly believe you (and even your family) will love. Creative, unique, delicious, and super easy to make!
